Home of the World Famous Double Decker Cafe Bus

Early one rainy, morning in August 2009, a strange site rolled into the spot at the Sarasota Farmer's Market where the Java Dawg Coffee Cart usually sat. Mouths fell open, cell phones were ripped from pockets, and cameras started appearing everwhere. The Java Dawg Double Decker Coffee Shop Bus was officially unveiled. As people stepped into the bus to prepare their coffee or climbed the circular staircase for a bird's eye view of the market, it was clear that Sarasota had a new tourist attraction and that coffee shop history had been made.
